An excellent addition to your nighttime routine to gently ease into the evening is the topical application of our Magnesium Rescue, a hydrating and nourishing all-natural plant-butter-based product. 

The formula contains a whopping 9% magnesium chloride, the topical application of which helps to support a healthy and restorative sleep naturally, as well as normal functioning of muscle, body and mind. 

Magnesium is an essential mineral that our bodies need to function optimally. Diet, lifestyle, daily stresses, and illness can impact our intake and reserves. In the United States, studies reflect that up to 90% of the population is deficient in magnesium. Supplementing to maintain overall health and wellness can be beneficial.

Topical application is easy to apply, quickly absorbed into the skin and thus into the body, and makes it easier for localised targeting.

For those who have difficulty winding down before bed and need all the help with relaxation and sleep, two of our formulas (kids and adults) contain essential oils for a calming, soothing, and sedating atmosphere to support a peaceful, uninterrupted night of rest.

How to apply?
