Free Shipping

From time to time free shipping codes may be released as part of a promotion around products or collections. Codes must be used in the manner advertised. Little Trooper reserves the right to charge additional postage fees on any order in which the code has been misused.

From time to time free promotions may be released around products or collections. Codes must be used in the manner advertised. Little Trooper reserves the right to cancel an order in which the code has been misused, and to end promotions at any time.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We happily accept returns for an exchange or store credit on full-priced items that are in original, re-saleable condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed), provided the return is received within 7 business days of your order being delivered. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All garment tags must be still attached to the item. We accept footwear returns if they are in their original, undamaged shoeboxes. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes outlet items.

Pre-Orders 

All pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as stock arrives. Pre-order items will have an estimated arrival date in the description. Please bear in mind that there are several delays due to custom and we endeavour to get all pre-order items out as soon as possible. Non pre-order items that are made in the same order as a pre-order item will be sent all together in one parcel unless otherwise stated.

Returns Process

Before posting your return please contact us at hello@littletrooper.co.nz with your order number and reason for return, that way we can set aside any items you may require for exchange.

Returns must be received within 7 business days of receiving your order. Exchange is subject to availability. Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frame will not be accepted.

For all exchanges, additional shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We will contact you to arrange the redelivery of your exchange. 

Once the item has been received by our team and deemed to be in original condition, you will either be contacted to arrange the redelivery of your exchange or issued a store credit on the original cost of the goods (excluding shipping charges). If there are signs that the item has been worn, damaged or is not up to saleable quality we reserve the right to refuse the return. 

Please note if a store credit is redeemed at a later date an additional freight fee will be charged, even if the credit is used towards goods over the value of $99. Free freight can only be applied once at the time of the initial transaction. 

  

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order. In the instance that you ordered incorrectly and your order has not been dispatched, we will happily issue a store credit or arrange an exchange. 

 

Faulty Items

We take special care to check all items are free from any faults before being sent to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we ask that you contact us at hello@littletrooper.co.nz, outlining the issue and attaching any relevant images. Returns of faulty goods must occur with 7 business days of receiving your parcel. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear, or mishandling, will not be accepted as faulty. In the first instance, we offer a direct exchange on faulty goods. If we do not have a replacement available we will happily offer you a credit or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.

 

Gift Cards

Gift Cards may be purchased through our online store or in our physical stores. (Please note that gift cards purchased online can only be redeemed online, and gift cards purchased in store can only be redeemed in one of our physical stores). 

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Little Trooper Limited reserves the right to refuse acceptance of payment via gift card if it is redeemed after the expiration date. 

Our gift cards do not carry any additional fees or charges. However, please note that if you redeem your gift card online standard shipping fees will still apply. 

 

Shipping

Australian

For purchases of apparel we offer a flat rate charge of $15. Apparel includes womens and kids clothing, hats and clothing accessories. It excludes footwear and bags. 

For all other bulky purchases, please contact us prior to purchasing for an accurate shipping quote. Please note if bulky purchases are made using the apparel flat rate, additional fees may be charged prior to shipping.

Discount Codes

From time to time online discount codes may be advertised. Orders placed using discount code outside of the advertised terms will not be permitted. In an instance where a customer has used a discount code against items outside the advertised terms, Little Trooper Limited reserves the right to cancel the order. 

 

Business Trading Name 

Purchases made at Little Trooper will appear on your bank statement as Little Trooper Limited. Little Trooper Limited is a fully New Zealand owned and operated registered company. 

 

Supported currency

All prices listed on our website are in New Zealand Dollar (NZD).

 

Privacy Policy

We use DPS to process our payments. DPS is a PCI DSS compliant Visa and MasterCard certified solution, and is on of the most trusted services is New Zealand for real-time credit card processing.
