All orders are shipped using NZ Post, Post Haste, or Aramex via a No Signature service. If you have any delivery requirements, please include them in the notes at checkout.

Please note, our couriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. 

Australia & International

All orders are shipped via New Zealand Post using the standard internationnal shipping which is untracked. 

If you would like a tracked service, please contact us before placing your order. Additional charges will apply. 

The receiver is responsible to pay for the custom and duty fees. 

For NZ, Australia & International, once the goods have left our premises, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit or after delivery.

Shipping Charges

New Zealand

• Orders over $125: Free shipping (exclusions may apply for large items).
• Non-rural: Flat rate of $6.00
• Rural: Flat rate of $12.00
• Large items: Flat rate of $20.00

Australia

Apparel only (including baby and children's clothing):

• Flat rate: $22.00
• This is an untracked service.
• Tracked shipping is available at an additional cost.

Please note that the website's flat-rate shipping option applies to apparel purchases only.  For bulky or oversized items, please contact us before purchasing for an accurate shipping quote.

If bulky items are purchased using the apparel flat-rate shipping option, additional shipping charges will be required before your order is dispatched. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been placed due to these additional shipping costs, a cancellation and restocking fee will apply. 

International

We can ship internationally. If you would like a shipping quote, please contact us at hello@littletrooper.co.nz with the items you wish to purchase, your postal address and we will give you the accurate cost for the freight. 

Shipping Timeframes

New Zealand

All in-stock items (excluding pre-orders) are dispatched within 2 business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• North Island (non-rural): 1–2 business days
• South Island (non-rural): 2–3 business days
• North Island (rural): 3–4 business days
• South Island (rural): 4–5 business days

Australia

Estimated delivery is 5–12 working days from the date of purchase.

Please note that the website's flat-rate shipping option applies to apparel purchases only.

International

Please allow 7–21 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, and some locations may take longer.
