Christmas Shipping Dates

Update Friday 20/12/24 - Good news! We are still experiencing next day delivery to lots of North Island locations! If you are requiring shipping today, please contact us on 07 579 4731 and we can let you know where there may be delays or if we are hopeful your parcel will arrive over the coming days.

To give your parcels the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please send by the cut off dates listed below.

Wednesday 18th December - last date to order if you are in the South Island
Thursday 19th December - last date to order if you are in the North Island

Parcels being sent to rural locations
Please allow up to an additional 3 working days for delivery.

Australia - if you purchase after December the 2nd, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Shipping Carrier

New Zealand - All items will be shipped using Fastway Couriers or Post Haste. Our couriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. All purchases will be at a charge to the customer unless otherwise stated.

Australia & International - All items will be shipped using New Zealand Post. All items will be shipped untracked. If you would like your items tracked please contact us directly after your purchase has been made. Additional fees will apply. 

 

Charges New Zealand

Orders over $125 will be shipped free of charge. Exclusions may apply for large item purchases, such as Cots and Strollers. 

Non-rural flat rate - $6.00

Rural flat rate - $12.00

Large items flat rate - $20

Charges Australia 

Apparel Purchases ONLY - flat rate $22 (includes baby and children's clothing). This flat rate is an untracked service. Tracked services can be offered at an additional cost. 

For all other bulky purchases, please contact us prior to purchasing for an accurate shipping quote. Please note if bulky purchases are made using the apparel flat rate, additional fees may be charged prior to shipping. 

 

Shipping Timeframes New Zealand

 

We are anticipating order processing delays due to the high volumes of orders from our Outlet Sale. We thank you so much for your patience and your order will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your order. If your order is urgent, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@littletrooper.co.nz

All items (excluding pre-orders) will be dispatched within 2 business days of ordering. 

New Zealand (non-rural North Island): Delivery can be expected within 1-2 business days following dispatch.

New Zealand (non-rural South Island): Delivery can be expected within 2-3 business days following dispatch.

New Zealand (rural North Island): Delivery can be expected within 3-4 business days following dispatch.

New Zealand (rural South Island): Delivery can be expected within 4-5 business days.

Delivery can be expected within 5-12 working days from date of purchase.

International Shipping

Delivery can be expected within 14-28 working days from date of purchase. Please note that delivery timeframes can be longer depending on the destination country.
